Cancellation Policy

'Cancellation of a course by the participant is possible only in writing.

If a participant cancels their participation within two weeks from the purchase date, a full refund of their paid tuition will be granted, minus Stripe fees (depending on payment methodology) and administration fees of €75 (excl. VAT).

If a participant cancels their participation in the course after 2 weeks from the purchase date and before week 3 of the course commencing, they will receive 25 percent of their net payment (after deduction of Stripe fees) for the course tuition reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of €150 (excl. VAT). In the case that a participant cancels after week 3 commences, they will not receive a refund.

Participants will be allowed to repeat the course and join in the following cohort. In this circumstance a participant must fill out a deferment request form and note that an additional administration fee of €75 (excl. VAT) will apply. If there is an increase in tuition fees between cohorts, this will also be applied to the full tuition price.'

Copyright & Ownership:

1. I respect all intellectual property rights including – but not limited to – copyright related to this course and all materials of A Wellness Revolution Course;
2. All materials and video links supplied are restricted to use for participants of A Wellness Revolution Course;
3. All content distributed including - not limited to email, video, PDF file and paper – will remain the property of A Wellness Revolution Course;
4. Possession of the content does not give me the right to publish, distribute, make derivative works of, edit, alter or otherwise use the content with any outside courses or businesses of any description.

Liability:

A Wellness Revolution is not liable to others for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of course material or recommended products, including - but not limited to - bodily injury, death, loss of revenue or profits or other benefits and claims by any third party.
