Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a course by the participant is possible only in writing.

There is 14-day period from signing up for the course in which a participant can cancel their participation in the course and be granted a full refund of their paid tuition, minus Stripe fees (depending on payment methodology) and administration fees of €75 (excl. VAT).

There is an exception to the above if this 14-day period is overlapping with the course. If a participant cancels their participation in the course within 2 weeks after the starting date of the course and this is within the 14-day period of signing up to the course, they will receive 50 percent of their net payment (after deduction of Stripe fees) for the course tuition reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of €150 (excl. VAT).

After the 14-day period from signing up for the course, there is no refund of the paid tuition. The participant can be take the course in the next cohort, 6 months later.

Copyright & Ownership:

I respect all intellectual property rights including – but not limited to – copyright related to this course and all materials of A Wellness Revolution Course;
All materials and video links supplied are restricted to use for participants of A Wellness Revolution Course;
All content distributed including - not limited to email, video, PDF file and paper – will remain the property of A Wellness Revolution Course;
Possession of the content does not give me the right to publish, distribute, make derivative works of, edit, alter or otherwise use the content with any outside courses or businesses of any description.

Liability:

A Wellness Revolution is not liable to others for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of course material or recommended products, including - but not limited to - bodily injury, death, loss of revenue or profits or other benefits and claims by any third party.
