Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a course by the participant is possible only in writing.

If a participant cancels their participation up to the start of a course, for which they have registered, a full refund of their paid tuition will be granted, minus Stripe fees (depending on payment methodology) and administration fees of €75 (excl. VAT).

If a participant cancels their participation in the course within 2 weeks after the starting date of the course, they will receive 50 percent of their net payment (after deduction of Stripe fees) for the course tuition reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of €150 (excl. VAT).

In case a participant cancels participation after week 3, and before reaching the halfway point of the course which is after class 6, they receive 25 percent of the total net paid tuition (after deduction of Stripe fees) back, minus an administrative fee of €150 (excl. VAT).

In case a participant cancels participation in the second half of the course, after class 6, they will not be refunded.

In all cases participants will be allowed to repeat the course and join in the following cohort.
